Rahul is a firm believer in encouraging cross mobility of team members to different brands within the company, analyzing product vs service feedback and putting together an action plan into place to improve the satisfaction levels of guests. This concept eventually led him to step ahead and strategically create his own hospitality brand Saalak Hotels and Resorts in March 2025. A brand that wouldn't just focus on key aspects like quality and service excellence but the properties' destinations whether business, religious or leisure; the environment and surroundings as well as functionality depending on the nature of guests targeted.
